Q. Why is there a prepay policy for our
services?

A.  We ask for a prepayment for the number of visits requested because it is a reservation of our time that we hold specifically for your animal. Refunds or credits toward future visits will be granted based on illness or emergency only if not cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation period.



Q. Why do we give an hour time frame for arrival to your home?

A. We have found over the years, that when working with animals in addition to manuevering traffic, a time frame is necessary to allow for circumstances beyond our control.We give this courtesy to all clients so we may give the best care possible to your animals.



Q. How do I feel secure about access to my home while I'm away?

A. We understand there can be some hesitancy regarding house keys, alarm codes etc...to ease any concerns all Pet Care Queen employees are Federally Backround Checked through Livescan.  In addition, we are proud to direct you to our testimonials from our amazing clients!


Q. Why the 24 hour cancellation policy?

A.  We require a 24 hour cancellation because we reserve your appointment time exclusively for your animal.  In order to provide the one on one customized care our clients have grown to love, we must manage our time as efficiently as possible.  We understand life happens and do allow for refunds or credits in the case of emergency or illness.


Q.  Why is my house key etc.. kept on file with Pet Care Queen?

A. We prefer to keep keys on file for all clients to allow for easy, quick access to your home.  Because we're out and about all day with animals or driving to animals, it has proven difficult to allow for an extra visit to pick up/dropoff keys for every client. Special considerations may be given for specific circumstances and clients are always welcome to retrieve your keys from Pet Care Queen.
